Twins????

This is my cousin, A***. She was born 10 hours after I was on the very same day (so we think we’re “twins”.) She was born two weeks before her due date, I was born two weeks after my due date. (My parents say I have been perpetually late ever since.) We both love animals, but she is the only one who has pets. We both love the outdoors. We both love to sing. We both love to go to church. We both love to cook, and play board games. We also are different. She is the only one with pets; she has a dog, two cats, a bird, and a rabbit. She likes rock music; I like country and folk. She is camera shy (I’m surprised she let me take her picture); I am not – camera shy that is. She likes roller coasters; I don’t (I hate heights).

This is A***'s lower half. She's got a thing about wild socks.

We want to thank Melanie at Merchant Maiden for making Images of Orangeblossom Orchard so lovely. This will be the only post that you see here for a little while because this blog is to be a Christmas surprise for my thirteen-year old daughter. She is homeschooled and will be posting her photography assignments here.

Melanie has been so sweet in setting this all up. She even converted my Brambleberry Cottage blog to a three-column template. I have really wanted to do that, but I didn't know how to do it myself.
